Do Not Mount on Dirty or Treated Surfaces – Do not install on surfaces that have been treated with oils or protectants (like Armor All) or have visible dirt and stains. These will prevent the suction from adhering properly.
Never Install on Curved Dashboards – Suction cups and adhesive pads are designed only for flat, non-porous surfaces. Neither will hold securely on curved or heavily sloped dashboards. Never place it over seams, joints, slopes, textured, or uneven areas.
Adhesive Pad Use is Rare – The included 3M pad is only for real leather or heavily textured dashboards. Do not use on soft-touch, smooth, or curved surfaces. One-Time Use Adhesive – If using the 3M pad, press and hold for 30–60 seconds, then wait at least 36–72 hours before mounting. Do not attempt to reuse or reposition the pad.
